WHAT WILL MY PRESCHOOL AGE CHILD DO ON SUNDAY MORNING?
The Preschool Classes for children aged 2 to 5 years old study the Disciple Land Preschool curriculum on Sunday mornings. This curriculum launches children to begin walking with God. Two hundred different Bible stories acquaint preschool children with God’s power and His Holy Word. The Old Testament series introduces children to God’s loving character. The New Testament series guides them to a personal friendship with Jesus. Each Sunday our teachers share a Bible story with the children, engaging them through age-appropriate crafts, coloring, and role-play. The children also enjoy free play time and a light snack such as Goldfish crackers, pretzels or animal crackers.
The safety of our preschool children is very important to us. Each teacher and assistant teacher undergoes a background check prior to working with the children. Our Preschool Coordinator cleans and sanitizes the rooms and all the toys each week to ensure our children have a pleasant and safe environment in which to learn. Our Security Team monitors people entering and leaving the Children’s Building and assists with the check-in computers as needed.
