Women of the Word (WOW) is the Women’s Ministry of Cliffdale Community Church. It is where Christian women can get together to support and encourage each other in their walk with Christ. Through our ministry, WOW reaches out to the women of our church, the entire congregation and to the Fayetteville community. Key areas of our ministry include baby baskets for newborns, cards and love meals to the hospitalized and bereaved, decorating the church each season, and several service projects through our outreach program. WOW also gets together for various activities such as devotions, crafts, self defense classes, bowling etc. We hold a yearly silent auction leading up to Mother's Day. This is a great way to find an inexpensive but beautiful gift for those special people in your life.
Monthly meetings are held at the church the third Friday of the month and the second Friday in December. We also offer free babysitting for our monthly meetings.
Whether you’re a guest, an attendee, or a member -- all ladies are welcome to join in the fun!
