Acts of the Apostles 8:4–8 describes how early Christians spread the message of Jesus despite persecution.

After being scattered, believers traveled and preached the gospel wherever they went. Philip the Evangelist went to Samaria, where he proclaimed Christ, performed miracles, healed people, and cast out unclean spirits. As a result, many people believed, and the city was filled with joy.

Persecution led to the spread of the gospel, bringing healing, belief, and joy to many—especially in Samaria.
